Welcome to Little Ivy ("Little Ivy," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at www.littleivy.co.in and your engagement with our preschool programs. By visiting our website or enrolling your child, you agree to these terms.

Little Ivy is a preschool for children aged 2–6, offering a curriculum rooted in the UK EYFS framework, enriched by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Finnish Rhythm approaches. Little Ivy is operated by Little Ivy Preschool, with its registered address at 113 Krishna Sagar, Dholai, near Patrakar Colony - 302020.

Enrollment is subject to availability, submission of required documents, and payment of applicable fees. Parents/guardians must provide accurate information about the child's age, health, and any special needs at the time of admission. Little Ivy reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

All applicable fees (registration, tuition, and any other charges) will be communicated separately at the time of admission. Fees must be paid as per the schedule shared with parents. Late payment may attract additional charges as per our internal policy. Please see our separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for details on withdrawals and refunds.

Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of the child as per school timings. Inform the school promptly of any changes to the child's health, allergies, or emergency contact details. Cooperate with school staff on matters of discipline, safety, and daily routines.

Little Ivy takes reasonable care to ensure a safe environment but is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur despite such reasonable care. Parents must disclose any medical conditions or allergies in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Ivy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or enrollment in our programs.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Little Ivy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and any of our other policies (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy), at any time without prior notice.
