Little Ivy is a thoughtfully conceived preschool for children aged 2–6, offering a calm, secure, and joyful start to early learning. The intent is simple: to nurture children who are healthy, happy, emotionally secure, and confident for childhood.
Our Philosophy
Early childhood is for building strong foundations, not rushing milestones. At Little Ivy, learning happens naturally when children feel safe, supported, and understood. There is no pressure, comparison, or unnecessary emphasis on early academics.
Curriculum
Our curriculum is rooted in the UK EYFS framework and selectively enriched by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Finnish, and HighScope practices. These approaches are used with care, only where they meaningfully support a child’s development and readiness for future learning.
Environment & Practice
Calm, nature-inspired spaces, clear daily rhythms, and low child–adult ratios create a secure and focused learning environment. Teachers work within consistent systems and routines, allowing children to grow confidently, independently, and at their own pace.
Our Commitment
Little Ivy is built with long-term intent; as the school grows, its culture remains consistent, thoughtful, and child-first. We do not ask children to adapt to a system; we design the system around the child.
